With the certificate program in Paramedicine, students learn foundational concepts of paramedicine and develop in-demand clinical, stress management, and communication skills required for workforce entry. The program allows students to:

Learn to offer quality pre-hospital care to patients under certified faculty experts. The Paramedicine certificate allows students to learn and demonstrate in-demand techniques needed to become skilled paramedics.
The Paramedic certificate curriculum teaches students how to administer medication, interpret EKGs, and operate equipment efficiently. With a certificate program in Paramedicine, students train for a potential career in paramedicine in just one-year.
Students learn various core concepts such as EMS operations, EMS lab (I, II, III), Advanced Airway Management, Pathophysiology of Shock, Trauma Resuscitation, and more. Our program allows students to:

To prepare competent entry-level Paramedics in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills), and affective (behavior) learning domains with or without exit points at the Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and/or Emergency Medical Technician, and/or Emergency Medical Responder levels.
